the location was top. i thought the room had nice fixtures and details, though small. staff provided assistance with my bags. I appreciate the quick resolving of queries i posed. This was convenient.
the bar music was a problem every night. loud music went on until late and echoed in the rooms above. it wasn't very easy to relax or sleep because of this.

the waiting team works very hard. Lonnie on front door is really good. i needed a suitcase. he located one on a Saturday, all shops closed. i appreciate his help.
the air conditioner didnt cool down the room. i tried calling front desk without success. the housekeeper notified maintenance, a little help was offered but not great.

mixed experience, some drawbacks
loud clubunauthorized charge
my stay had a few issues the loud club on the second floor disrupted sleep it was difficult to ignore the music even on a higher floor also i found an unauthorized charge on my card which needed fixing the front desk service was also not as helpful as expected i hope they can address these problems the trash outside also affected the overall impression
